Petmectin is an anthelmintic belongs to the macrocyclic lactones. Ivermectin in petmectin acts as agonist of the GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) neurotransmitter in nerve cells and also binds to glutamate-gated chloride channels in nerve and muscle cells of invertebrates. It blocks the transmission of neuronal signals of the parasites, which are paralyzed and expelled out of the body, or they starve. It also affects the reproduction of some parasites.
Dosage: 200 mcg per kg body weight or 1 tablet for 400kg wt animal.
Dosage of Injection: 1 ml per 50 kg body weight by SC route.
Indications: For Gastrointestinal Nematodes & Ectoparasites & Liver flukes

Fenbendazole – 3.0 gm
Fenbendazole is a broad spectrum benzimidazole anthelmintic. It selectively inhibits tubulin polymerization of parasites which leads to degeneration of parasitic microtubule. Consequently there is inhibition of cellular transport and energy metabolism. Parasite dies due to lack of energy and inhibition of waste product excretion.
Indications:
The drug is very active against the major ruminant parasites of the abomasum, small intestine, large intestine and lungs. Fenbendazole is effective against roundworms, hookworms, whipworms and tapeworms. It is effective against immature and arrested larvae and adult nematodes.
Dosage: 7.5mg- 15 mg per kg BW

Ceftriaxone is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. Like other third-generation cephalosporins, it has broad-spectrum activity against Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria’s. Beta-lactamase-related resistance is seen when bacteria produce beta-lactamase that can turn the antibiotics ineffective. The susceptible beta-lactam antibiotics have hence been combined with an inhibitor that avidly binds the inactivating enzyme, preventing its attack on the antibiotic.
Dosage & Administartion:
Large animals: 5-10 mg per kg BW
Small animals: 10-25 mg per kg bw daily for 3-5 days by IVor IM route

Oxytetracycline 500MG
A broad-spectrum antibiotic that possesses a high order of stability and potent antimicrobial activity, for use in beef and dairy calves.
Indications:
This bolus are recommended for oral administration for the control and treatment of the following diseases in beef and dairy calves caused by organisms sensitive to oxytetracycline:
Bacterial enteritis caused by Salmonella typhimurium and Escherichia coli and bacterial pneumonia caused by Pasteurella multocida.
For use in the treatment of gastrointestinal infections in calves caused by both gram-positive and gram-negative pathogenic bacteria sensitive to oxytetracycline.
Dosage and Administration: Calves: 1 bolus per 100 kg bodyweight twice daily. Treatment should be continued for approximately 5 days.

Oxyclozanide 1gm
Oxyclozanide is a veteran narrow-spectrum flukicide scarcely used in livestock, almost only in ruminants.As most other salicylanilides oxyclozanide has a residual effect, i.e., it not only kills the parasites present in the host at the time of treatment, but also protects against re-infestation for a period of time (up to several weeks) that depends on the dose and the specific parasite.
Indications:
Oxyclozanide is effective against adult liver flukes as well as against immature stages in the tissues (older than 10 weeks). Efficacy against rumen flukes is limited. It has no efficacy whatsoever against round worm and roundworm and tapeworm.
Dosage & Administration:
Sheep: 15 mg of Oxyclozanide per kg b.wt. In the treatment of acute Fascioliasis, increase the dose 3 times. In practice the normal recommended dose is 1 tablet per 13 kg b.wt.
Large Animals:
Cattle : 10 mg of Oxyclozanide per kg b.wt.
In practice this is equivalent to 1 Pilodine Fluke Bolus per 100 kg b.wt. In immature Amphistomiasis increase the dose to 15 mg per kg b.wt.
